- Very helpful staff in my first day here. Audruq and her team were very efficient and helpful and kind in special because I had a major surgery. Thank you!

Review of Clinical Diagnostic Unit written by a patient

The nurses are very caring and make you feel at ease, I was nervous having my procedure but felt better once I was through to the ward. The doctor doing the colonoscopy explained everything to me the care cannot be faulted. Only downside was the wait to see the 1st doctor last week, an 10.40 am appointment was straight to 11.20 am before I got called. I was told the doctor had 2 clinics and was alternating between them. I never liked waiting nearly an hour.

After the procedure if patient is completely alone at home then if patient requires in that circumstances patient should be allowed to stay overnight. I can pay for the hospital bed charges to recover overnight but I am not allowed. Some solution could be found for absolutely alone people. Thanks.

Review of Queen's Birth Centre written by a patient
10th September 2016

My midwife Alex Taylor was very very helpful. She knew exactly what I want, offered me a fan, Iced water and cold towel when I was in labour. She is a star. All the staff is really very caring and responsible. The only improvement can be done is the rooms should be more ventilated and the temperature of the room should be according to the weather.
